She has represented general contractors and public sector undertakings (crown companies) in high-stakes arbitrations and litigation involving intricate contractual and technical issues.

Prior to joining GibbsLaw LLP, Parnika articled at a boutique construction law firm in midtown Toronto, gaining valuable insight into Ontario’s legal landscape. Parnika holds an LLM in International Business Law from York University. Her international education and cross-jurisdictional experience equip her with a practical and globally informed approach to resolving construction and commercial disputes.
